Cancellation and Refund Policy for Shortify.ing

Welcome to Shortify.ing, a Salesforce Application developed and owned by CustomerFoster Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). This Application Delivery Policy outlines the procedures and terms related to the delivery of Shortify.ing via Salesforce AppExchange.

1.Subscription Period

  • 1.1 Minimum Subscription Period

    All subscriptions for Shortify.ing have a minimum duration of one year. Clients are committed to a minimum annual subscription period.

2.Cancellation

  • 2.1 No Mid-Subscription Cancellations

    Clients cannot cancel their subscription to Shortify.ing in the middle of the subscription period. Cancellation is only permitted upon the expiration of the annual subscription term.

  • 2.2 Cancellation Process

    To cancel a subscription, clients must provide written notice to support@shortify.ing at least 30 days before the end of the annual subscription term. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal for another annual term.

3.Refund Policy

  • 3.1 No Refunds for Mid-Subscription Cancellations

    We do not offer refunds for cancellations made during the subscription period. Clients are responsible for the full annual subscription fee, regardless of the cancellation date.

4.Subscription Upgrades

  • 4.1 Upgrade Option

    Clients have the option to upgrade their subscription plan at any time during the subscription period. Upgrades may result in additional charges.

  • 4.2 No Downgrades

    Clients are not permitted to downgrade their subscribed plan during the subscription period. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5.Termination by CustomerFoster Solutions Private Limited

  • 5.1 Right to Terminate

    CustomerFoster Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to terminate a client's subscription in the event of a material breach of these terms or non-payment of fees.

  • 5.2 No Refund on Termination

    In the event of termination by CustomerFoster Solutions Private Limited, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.
